So many of us have cardio goals! For this swap, set a goal revolving around cardio: number of miles you want to run for the month, minutes a day devoted to cardio, a target time for a mile, etc. Track your progress in whatever way you so choose: journal, an app, etc.

At the end of this swap, you will send a notecard to your partner outlining:

1) Your goal

2) How you tracked it

3) Did you obtain it? Why / why not?

4) Will you set another goal? Is it the same or a new one?

Swap is open to all HFF members.

I start a contest at work that runs from March 6 to April 30. It involves moving and various other wellness behaviors. My goal will be 30 minutes of cardio 5 days per week, during the contest. I'm starting in February, so my habits will be established.
