Scrap ATC -USA-

Have leftover scraps from other projects that you don't want to toss and don't want to give away? Here's your chance to use them up!

For this swap you will send your partner an ATC made of scrap bits. Feel free to add stamps, paint, ink, or other elements to bring the card together. Sender's choice.

US only due to postage costs. Newbies are welcome at my discretion. Established swappers must be in good standing with no unexplained 1's or 3's. I reserve the right to ban ANYONE I feel will flake, cause drama, or otherwise detract from the sucsess of this swap.
