So many of us have cardio goals! For this swap, set a goal revolving around cardio: number of miles you want to run for the month, minutes a day devoted to cardio, a target time for a mile, etc. Track your progress in whatever way you so choose: journal, an app, etc. At the end of this swap, you will send a notecard to your partner outlining: 1) Your goal
2) How you tracked it
3) Did you obtain it? Why / why not?
4) Would you participate in the swap again? Swap is open to all HFF members. Sign up by January 31st Cardio goals start Feb 1st and end the 28th Send your mail by March 6th |
