A Happy Christmas

The purpose of this swap is to send your partner a little happy mail that's dripping with Christmas. Christmas just seems to bring out the cheery side of people, but it can also be sad time for many of us who are missing our loved ones who have passed on.

Even though I haven't spoken with my dad for many years, this Christmas will be hard because he used to make Christmas time really special for me when I was younger, and now he has passed so I know I won't be able to share another Christmas with him. So use this swap as a chance to brighten someone's holiday and uplift them a little.

Swap Requirements:

A cheery, uplifting Christmas card, written in by you.

In the card, write about your favorite Christmas memory (or more than one if you want), a Christmas tradition that you and your family do each year, a Christmas recipe (ex. Christmas cookie or casserole, etc.), and also write about how you do your gift opening (stockings, gift exchanges, Christmas Eve or day, etc.).

You may type or handwrite the writing prompts and if you need more room that just your card, use a separate sheet of paper.

Add in either a flat surprise that you think will make your partner happy OR a wrapped stocking stuffer for them to open on Christmas. Your choice.

Decorate the envelope with a Christmas theme. You can use paint, washi, drawing, stickers, or anything else to make it cheery.

Note* Please don't send a religious card unless you're positive your partner doesn't mind.
