For 1 week you will eat a vegan diet. It's up to you how much changes you make compared to your regular eating habits. I'll explain later. Eating vegan means not eating any products made by animals. No meat, no milk, no cheese, no yoghurt (no dairy at all), no honey, no eggs, etc. Many of these products have a vegan option, (milk made of almonds, vegitarian meat, etc) these are allowed to use in your cooking. Choose your option: A- everything I eat will be vegan during this week Write your partner an email or message about your experiences this week. You can write a blogpost about it or share food pictures on instagram if you want. Just let your partner now what you did and how you felt about it. You can choose when you want to do your week. You can start tomorrow if you want or pick an other week before swap deadline. |
