Description:
Create an ATC featuring circles and mixed-media. The circles can be the focal point or just another feature of the overall design. Use three or more techniques such as paint, texture paste, ink spray, doodles, stamps, collage, etc. Put it on a sturdy backing. Sign the back with your name, username and date. Put in a sleeve or note card for mailing, send on time, rate promptly.
