Paint With YOUR Body #1 **Body Acceptance**

Here comes another brand new body acceptance swap and task which we have tried out at the "naturist club" last year.

Do not take this swap too seriously. The goal is to accept the own body and to have some fun.

What you have to do:

• You have 2 partners

• Take a sheet of paper (letter/A4 size or larger). The material you use is your choice! You can also use a canvas. Sure.

• Get some skin-friendly paint (for example paint for kids)

• Paint a picture with following body parts: females use their nipples/boobs or the intimate area (if possible). males use the penis.

• Mail the painting to your swap partner and write a letter to your swap partner and explain what you have painted and how you like the experience.

• Attach photos of the "making of"-process. Attaching photos is not a must, but would be a wonderful and nice extra to support your body acceptance aspect. The photos are safe. Copyright is yours.

You do NOT have to be an artist for this swap. Noone of us wants a perfect picture!!! Fun has priority.

Remember: Free your mind. There is no single reason for feeling ashamed. Work with your body and love working with it. Be creative.
