It says no paper crafts. I make handmade paper from clothing and plants using a Hollander Beater. The paper itself is an art. Check out www.peacepaper.org Then let me know if I can join. Thanks. Jenny

If the drawing is on paper then yes, that would be a paper craft. However, if you use a canvas it is not.
