Description:

Hello Mermaid Lovers,

It seems like Coloring Books were the gift of choice for 2015 holiday season. If you're like me, you've received several. I gave several too! ;o)

For this easy and fun swap you will send your one partner 3 coloring pages for them to color and 1 coloring page that you've colored for them. The theme should be Mermaid, Ocean or Nautical related. Also include a note with the swap title and your user name so your partner knows who to rate and thank.

You can carefully remove pages from your existing coloring books, photocopy them, or print coloring pages from the internet. Please send them flat and unbent with some protective card stock or cardboard to prevent damage.

Let's have fun and actually use those coloring books and pages. Its so relaxing--you'll be glad you did!

Must have a 4.99 rating and no recent 1's or 3's to join.

Helpful Hints:

  • Many Coloring Books do not have perforated pages so you may have to trim the edges with a paper cutter or scissors after carefully tearing them from the book.

  • There are tons of coloring pages available online, simply by doing a Google search. If they are not full page you can adjust your printer settings to "Fit to Page" usually found in the Preferences tab on your print screen.

What do I do with my coloring page after I've colored it?

  1. Frame it and hang it on your wall. (They look great in $1 frames from the Dollar Tree.)

  2. Use it as a Cover Art for your binders, journals, planners etc.

  3. Turn it into an envelope or greeting card for Mail Art.

  4. Use it in your art journal--you could even add collage elements to it.

  5. Cut it down and make it into a dashboard for your planner.

  6. Laminate it and use it for bookmarks, place mats, etc.

  7. Run it through your Zyron or add double sided tape to make it an awesome sticker.
