urocyonfox: make 1 ATC that fits Missykitty's ATC wish list

Missykitty: make 1 Steven ATC

Regular ATC swap rules apply:

• Correct ATC size (2.5 x 3.5) on a sturdy back

• Place them each in something protective (the clear sleeves or just something to protect them during mailing)

• Write character name and your name on back of card.

• Sticking with HD/HP because the original Steven Universe swap is HD/HP
