This swap is for Pocket letter newbies, who want a chance to try out this new penpal craze, in a safe, judgment free swap. No stress, no worries. For this swap there is no wrong way of doing a Pocket Letter. You will have one partner. Basically, you fill up a 9 pocket trading card sleeve with 2.5 X 3.5 scrapbook paper that is decorated, use things like quotes, stickers, ribbon ect., And, inside the back of the pockets you tuck in little goodies. They might be washi tape samples , ribbon, stickers, buttons, embellishments, tea bag, sequins, etc, The first pocket holds a nice letter from you, about a 1/2 page, in this letter, explain how each pocket represents your letter. These will be a series of Pocket Letters Based on the Alphabet. This one will be for two letters, I and J. The rules for these pocket letters are pretty simple. For this one each pocket will be different For example: I can do 1 pocket elephant one an Ice cream cone one a JackOLatern ect. Try to make it fairly even with the letters, I know its an odd number but at least 4 of each, and the last one can be either letter Get creative! you can do it!! You do not have to decorate the back of the pocket, only the front. Goodies in the back do not have to be the letter theme, they are senders choice. please note, because there has been some confusion- each pocket has in the front, a decorated piece of scrapbook paper, sort of like a less elaborate ATC. Goodies go in the back, behind the paper. Make sure the swap name and your Swapbot name is on there somewhere. Remember: this swap is for people who are new at pocket letters, so if your picky, this may not be the swap for you Try to keep things relatively flat, when you fold this letter into thirds, you can mail it in a long envelope. Open to swappers with at least a rating of 4.97, and has at least ** 5 type 3 swaps.** I will be checking profiles carefully. If you have recent or unexplained 1's or 3's please Pm me. Send your swap on time, and don't forget to rate your partner. Think of your rating as a thank you note, its very nice to thank the person who took time to create something for you. Rate a 5 if it was sent on time ,even if you didn't like it. If you don't receive your swap please let me and your partner know before rating a 1 or 3. We are going to do the complete Alphabet!
