My husband, surprisingly, was in the vagina on the forehead camp seeing as he could wear a hat to cover it and didn't want to lose use of one of his hands.
I, was leaning towards penis fingers because I imagine wiggling my penis fingers at people would be hilarious, and I was put off by forehead menstruation. However, I might lean toward vagina forehead since I deal with menstruation anyways.
I am trying to decide if it would be better or worse if both my vaginas menstruated simultaneously.

@thebragal the only issue I'm seeing with wearing gloves on your penis fingers is that I would imagine you'd have to get them erect to put a glove on. If the vagina can menstruate, then it is attached to a uterus, which I think would take up some skull space thus making us dumber. If there are oviducts and ovaries, then pregnancy is probably possible, but how would one birth a baby out of one's skull?? I think it would end in death.

I was assuming it would work on some sort of magic the same way the vagina magically appeared there. Unfortunately I am not a wizard of genetalia so I cannot give a better answer than that.
