Too Small ATC (Not Exactly an ATC series)

So, our last swap was a "not so sturdy" ATC which was just really fun! Now we're going to make an "ATC" that's too small.

Please make a smaller than 3.5" by 2.5" ATC. Any small size is welcome but please keep one side longer than the other in traditional ATC shape. Feel free to use any medium you like, this is completely up to you. Create to your hearts desire.

If you receive a smaller than normal "ATC" that was sent on time rate a 5, no matter how much you hate it. Have low expectations for this swap. By signing up you acknowledge that this might be the worst not exactly an ATC you have ever received and that you're ok with that, because life is short.
