This swap is for 1 ATC to 1 partner. You must use a background page in a language other than English. You can use your creative mind to design the rest of the theme. Feel free to use glitter, stamps, pictures, ribbon, tape, brads, metals, inks, paint, beads, plastics, die cuts etc to make your theme unique and clever. Remember all art is subjective and as long as the background is not English you must rate at least 5.

Rate a 5 as long as the background is a non-English book page, and the ATC is the right size, and it has a sturdy backing, and the swap is sent on time, right?
