Halloween Atc Swap USA & INTERNATIONAL SWAP ~You will make ONE ATC PER PARTNER. ~You will have TWO PARTNERS. ~So you will make a total of "2 ATC'S". ~Each ATC must be Halloween themed. Newbies welcome, with a Completed Profile. However, I will ban anyone I feel might not follow through with there Swap. DO NOT SIGN UP IF YOU ARE UNSURE IF YOU WILL BE ABLE TO FULLY COMMIT YOURSELF TO THIS SWAP. ANYONE WHO DOES NOT SEND THERE SWAP OUT, WILL BE BANNED FROM ALL OF MY SWAPS IN THE FUTURE. My grown daughter & I have both signed up for this. She is a Halloween nut....... I love fall myself. We are both new to ATCs but experienced crafters in general. We are going to work on them together as a project. I have googled a tutorial on ATCs & have tons of scrap booking supplies so it should be fun.
