Description:

I love this short window of time in my part of the world when it's cool enough to send chocolate to and from here. I hope you will join me in our Triple Chocolate Swap! :-)

For this swap, we will celebrate all things chocolate. The twist is that you must include one dark chocolate, one milk chocolate, and one white chocolate. If you are picky about types of chocolate or things mixed into chocolate, this might not be the swap for you. This swap is sender's choice. If you receive something that's not to your taste (or if you sign up although you have an allergy/intolerance to ingredients that may be mixed with chocolate), pass along what you receive to someone you know. Sharing chocolate is a great way to make new friends!

For this swap you will:

  • Have one partner.

  • Send at least one item each for: milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and white chocolate.

  • The items can be anything chocolate--such as chocolate bars, candy bars, cereal bars with chocolate, hot cocoa mixes, etc.

  • Spend a minimum of $5 US on this swap. When in doubt, err on the side of generosity.

  • Include a short note in the package--a few sentences to personalize the swap beyond your name and the swap name, please.

These things are also very important in sending out a nice swap, and they are considered requirements of this swap:

  • Send foods in commercially sealed packaging for health and customs reasons. Be sure to check expiration dates before sending.

  • Be courteous by sending our swaps on time and rating our partners when we receive. In the rare circumstance that you must be late, it is expected that you will contact both your partner and the swap host before the send-by deadline has passed.

  • Package your swap appropriately to protect the contents. Zip-top baggies are smart for containing unexpected breaks and leaks. Boxes rather than envelopes should be used for fragile items. We all appreciate the efforts taken to keep our swaps enjoyable!
