Create a beautiful Valentine-themed BTC for your partner, using all of your skill and imagination, along with tons of those special embellishments you've been collecting! Remember...a BTC is a slim version of an ATC...1.75 inches wide, and 3.5 inches long. There's a hole in the upper left corner (for attaching to a binder ring), and you are encouraged to allow your embellishments to wander over the edges of your card. Make it lovely!
