Must have at least 20 type 3 swaps completed! No persons under 4.85 able to join!

Must spend at least $10 on supplies. That means no atc or very simple crafts (altered envelope)

Must be Halloween theme! Think bats, vampires, purples, greens, oranges, spooky, costume, candy, witches, skulls, boos.....
