Background Technique - Bubblewrap

Description:
Stamp with bubble wrap for a background of either a postcard size 4x6 or an ATC size 2 1/2 x3 1/2 senders choice. I like either. If PC size do not put anything on back unless you make it an actual PC . Put your swap name on front somewhere. Name of swap separate piece of paper. ATC size as usual.. Either size put in envelope to send. After doing background, you can use any medium to draw on it. You can also use a stamped image. Anything is okay, this us mainly to see what we can do using the bubbie wrap. One swapper (either or / ATC or PC or both) I will check ratings as usual,

Are we supposed to decorate the PC/ATC or is this for the background only?

Can background include other techniques as long as it includes bubblewrap?

If it is ok to say, I would much rather received a PC instead of an ATC. Obviously, I will also take ATC if that is what you like making!

I'm with @luluvision I would prefer a postcard, but would also be happy with an ATC if that is what you like making.
