Description: | |
For this swap you will decorate an envelope (can be selfmade, can be store bought), on which the stamp-s- for shipping play an important rule. The image you see is made by me-StevaDo- for my first Efuto-swap in november 2013; stamps and drawings together show folk-costumes of Spakenburg-Bunschoten (The Netherlands). You can see more beautiful images, f.i. http://www.foiltokyo.com/english/book/art/efutoeg.html or google "efuto". You may draw, paint, paste, everything in fact is allowed IF it is functional in the image of the whole envelope, your choice. The envelope you are going to send to your partner is an image and the stamp is a part of that image. So before you start the stamp-s- is/are already past. You can use one stamp, you can use more stamps, your choice, must be enough for shipping of course. You can choose the size of the envelope, but do not go smaller than normal postcard sizes. You have to reinforce the envelope with an interesting postcard and a note or letter for your partner (these are not extras, these are a part of the swap). When your envie is ready protect it well before shipping to prevent it arrives damaged. Do not worry too much about a suitable stamp, you can make the stamp appropriate for this occasion. Take care the address of your partner is clear for post-services. Rating requirements only 5. I will be checking profiles. If you have any questions, please ask them below and I will answer as quick as possible. This is so fun to make, a wonderful kind of mail-art, let's start and have fun. |
