Description:
You will have one partner. Make one standard size ATC using any medium you choose and make your ATC feature a picnic theme. Please do not just put one sticker or one printout on it and call it good. Stickers and printout things can be used, but put time into it, embellish it in other ways, be creative. Make it pop. :) Do not join if you have an overall rating under 4.8, or if you have any recent one ratings. I will angel if necessary, but hoping that won't be necessary. Newbies are welcome.
