Does anyone remember those astonishing Continental Airlines commercials: "Coffee, tea, or me"? My friend Mollie worked as a flight attendant (fairly recently) for Delta, and was reprimanded for telling a passenger that "My job is to save your ass in the event of an emergency...not to kiss it during flight"!
