MAY: Security Pattern ATC

Create one ATC (2 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches) for one partner using the patterned insides of security envelopes for the design. The whole surface may be covered, or just used as shapes in the final picture... But most of the artistic elements should come from this paper.

Remember to make the outer envelope special somehow as well (keeping with the mail art theme!!)
