Description:

Using the scraps and paper you have - create a mini banner, it can be rectangle, folded diamonds over a cord ( to make traditional triangle shaped ) or whatever other design you feel pleasing. Then put a message on the banner, it can be something like "smile", "believe", or whatever you like. Due to postage cost I suggested a mini banner, I like mine to be about 8 inches. I think no smaller than 6. The rest is up to you, please make sure your work is neat. Always do your best and send as you would like to receive.

Are you saying a banner card?

@sherig47 You can go to You Tube to find a lot of "How to make a paper banner" tutorials.... Here's a couple of ones to give you an idea...

I am just checking before I join, do you mean the entire banner should be between 6 to 8 inches or the each pennant be that size?

@Lynne72 You can make the banner any size as long as it is longer than 6 inches total. The smaller you keep it - the cheaper the postage is! :-)
