Description:

Thanks to the feedback from MissWhimsy a second improved swap!

You will make 7 envelopes for a happy or inspiring start of the day for 1 week. Your (1) partner can start his/her day with opening an envelope every day for one week.

1) Take 7 envelopes & decorate them

2) Fill every envelope with an inspiring or happy text and ofcourse you can decorate if you like with happy pictures!

Examples:

  • quotes/anecdote and inspiring stories about hapiness, luck, love, inspiring people (can be from yourself or from a magazine/internet)

  • a positive prediction of that day (like a positive horoscope)

  • Funny jokes to make your partner laugh

  • Fun/encouraging/out of the box assignments/missions for that day

  • Use your creativity, have fun with it and give your partners day a good start!!!!!!!

3) Put a little little (happy) surprise in every envelope, when possible, profile based. Really, this can be a flat little surprise, examples: stickers, a painting, something to hang on your mirror, a cookie, a postcard etcetc.

4) Send and wait for yours to arrive

Rate 5 if you received 7 decorated envelopes with texts & surprises in it.

If will check profiles, you need a rating from 4.99 and above & a well filled profile if you are a newbie.

Lovely swap :), is on my watchlist :)
I just wonder, shouldnร‚ยดt this be a type 3 swap? Every envelope has to be decorated, so there is a craft aspect. And sending 7 envelopes is a bigger package and also not flat mail anymore...

According to the envelopes, should they have normal - mailable - size ?

Thanks :)

yeah this is a lot of work for a type 2.. nice idea though :)

Any one for a USA only on this? Postage to and from can get expensive. It is a lovely swap.

AliCrafter 12/24/2013 #

I would join if it were USA. I enjoyed that last one.

The host is from the Netherlands ;)

I love this idea as well! I do agree with the thought that perhaps it should be a type 3. It's the time to decorate 7 envelopes nicely, and plus with adding a surprise to each one, it seems like it goes beyond the flat mail. I've added to my watchlist just in case something changes :)

Do all 7 envelopes need to be sent separately or can all of them be put into one bigger envelope?

I swear it was a type 3 when I joined...? Anyway, I moved back to the watchlist because of that flat mail issue.

I will make it a swap 3 type then, and yes you put them all in the same big envelope! The things you put in can be veryvery little, like a few stickers. So I mean really little!!

And the 7 envelopes are just normal size envelopes :) This swap is not a lot 'bigger' then the first time. The only change is a little little suprise in every envelope
