Doctor Who - ATC #4 - the Fourth Doctor

These ATC's each dedicated to a Doctor from Doctor who and would be 11 (maybe 12 depending on spacing) ATC's overall.

Here we are again! On we go! :)

For this swap you will make one ATC for one partner in the theme of the FOURTH DOCTOR played by Tom Baker - the next swap shall be based on the fifth doctor played by Peter Davison.

*If people want to join part way through, at the end of the series we can do a make up swap and people can request which doctors they are missing to complete their collection! :)

Ratings: at least 4.9 with no recent 1's or 3's on your profile. You also agree to rate promptly. Newbies are welcome with a well-filled out profile and I reserve the right to remove participants who do not meet requirements.

ATC's must be 3.5 x 2.5 inches, sturdy, and must be something that you would be proud to receive yourself. No flaking please, I can angel if need be but it would be a shame if I would need to!
