ABES: Journal Prompts

This will be an easy email swap - no postage! Just email your partner a list and she/he will cut up and put in their journal jar. So this can be an international swap!

I was wasting time on YouTube today and one journal artist keeps a jar on her desk with words. She selects two or three and makes a journal page from them.

So I propose that you make a list of 25 - 30 words and email it to your partner.

While you're waiting for the swap to conclude, clean a jar and keep it on your desk. Decorate it in true altered-style. When you receive your list of words, print and cut and place in your jar. Then when you have a day where you want to complete a page in your book but don't know where to begin, grab a word or three and go to town!

Some word ideas: colors, places, feelings/emotions, actions, activities and adjectives.
