die cut shapes are okay. Also it has come to my attention that San-x mini memos are sometimes more square, those are okay too as long as it is a kawaii brand. Memo sheets can have the same characters as each other, but no two sheets should be absolutely identical unless they are sent as extras.

Send in an envelope large enough to accommodate the memo sheets without having to fold them. Make sure they will not be bent! Use cardboard, a greeting card, something. If reasonable care is not taken to ensure they arrive in good condition then you CAN be rated down! This is a "sender's choice" swap as far as characters and designs. Do not sign up for this swap if you have any late swaps on your dashboard.
