  • Create one ATC (2.5 X 3.5 inches on sturdy backing) for one partner.

  • Incorporate a postage stamp, new or used, in the design.

  • Any mediums and/or embellishments are permitted.

  • Write or print your name, date, and ATC title on the back of your piece. Other information may be included but is not required.

  • Please remember to send your username and the swap title with your package.

So, the stamp has to actually be a part of an image on the ATC?

An actual stamp must be incorporated in the design. You can interpret that in a couple of ways. The stamp can be a component of the main image, as in the example above, but it can also be part of a theme or make a statement that adds to the theme.

The main point is to avoid "sticker slapping" and make the stamp important to the piece. For me, the easiest way to do that is to begin with the stamp and use it for inspiration.
