Private Mermaid ATC Swap

This is a swap between artsyjana, chimerix, and craftaddict02. The 3 of us have been flaked on in my Mermaid ATC swap, so this is a way for each of us to get an angel.

Same rules as before, 2 ATCs, except only send to 1 partner.

It is not neccessary to send extras for hearts. Just put in some effort and try to create something your partner will like. If you can tell some effort has been made, give your partner a heart.

I'm going to allow a little bit of time for us to get this done.
