The Constitution only gives people the right to pursue happiness. You have to catch it yourself. ("Constitution" is US, but you could probably apply any country's national set of principles and get the same result) The above quote is attributed to Benjamin Franklin, a US "founding father" who would have been cool to know. Write a note on a lovely notecard to one (1) partner telling him/her where you pursue happiness, and if you have caught it. This is the second in a series of swaps based on quotes as writing prompts.
