NTG: Elevated Envelopes

This is a simple swap: Take a purchased notecard, write a note to your partner in the card, and then decorate the envelope in some way before mailing it.

This is not particularly a "mail art" project (so no pressure for those of us who don't draw or paint), you can use stickers, pretty tapes, markers, rubber stamping, or whatever you choose.
