You will have one partner - make them TWO ATCs featuring anything Doctor Who-related. Fun and easy, right? :)

Standard ATC rules apply - 2.5x3.5", sturdy, properly cut edges, blah blah blah. Decent-quality print-outs are allowed, as are stickers - but go all-out in your work. Quality digital work is absolutely allowed. No sticker/image-slapping - make ATCs that you are proud to sign your name to and would LOVE to receive.

I will be checking profiles before partners are assigned, and reserve the right to ban at my discretion. (But we're all going to play nice, right? Fantastic!)
