I am absolutely crazy about snail mail and I so love writing letters. This is why I am going to host a themed letters swap series. Watch out for the different themes...

This is #1: SNAIL MAIL Write a letter to your partner about the topic SNAIL MAIL.

What does mail mean to you? Do you have a lot of pen friends? When did you start writing letters? What do you love about snail mail? What is your fave part of writing and receiving letters? Do you have a special story related to snail mail? Just a few questions for you to write about...

At least 2 pages( A4/ US Letter format ) ... more is always fine. And Let's make our mail carriers happy to - use nice envies: handmade, rubber stamped, mail art, deco taped... Just something nice. It does not have to be hand cancelled, but please use real postage stamps (no post office printout, zazzle,...).

Here's another possible question: Do you remember the first person you ever sent a letter to? (I may be the odd one out, but I remember that clearly - even though that was more than 30 (gulp) years ago.)

I didn't even mention the first letter set... - thought people would think me odd enough just being able to remember who I sent my first letter to!! Good to know I'm not alone. :D

Holy crap... I remember my first one too... I'm counting how many years ago..yup... 29 or 30 years ago.. I forget her name but I met her at summer camp.
