Description:
Create one Halloween themed altered rolodex card for your partner using at least two of the techniques from Tim's 12 Tags of 2012 October . You can follow Tim's Halloween design or you can create your own Halloween design. Feel free to substitute supplies/colors that you already have if you don't own the exact ones he uses. Make it sturdy (at least card stock weight). Lightly decorate and sign your name on the back. This is for the 2.5" x 4" size rolo
