What kind of job to you do or what is your job title? If you feel ok to do so tell us where you work? How long have you worked there? Do you see yourself retiring from this company? Is this the career you wanted? If not, what was the career you wanted? Do you feel you are paid enough? If not, how much more do you think you are worth? Do you belong to a union? If so what are your union dues? Do you feel that the union earns their money from you? Have you ever gone on strike? If so, how long were you out? Have you ever been laid off and then re-hired? Do you get to travel for your work? What is your office space like, do you have walls and a door, a cubicle? Do you share this space or is it all your own? Does your employer allow you to have personal touches in your space? What is your dress code like in the office? Do you agree with what limits they give you for clothes? Do you like your co-workers? Tell me who is the best co-worker and why, tell me who is the worst co-worker and why? What are your days and hours of work? Do you have benifits? What do you get if so? How to you get to work, your own car, bus, train, carpool etc? How much money do you spend on your commute a month? Do you have to fight for parking if you drive? Do you have to pay additional for parking?
