Thank you Mindy , for hosting this:) I'm so excited about doing a paper bag ( glue book?) journal book.

However, I have 20 swaps on my DB , will send some off tomorrow so I can join:)

Loving these swaps, but why so long for the end sign up date?

@Creativemind Just giving people time to clear off there dash its only really 21/2 weeks till the sign up date .

Understandable. It is only 2 1/2 weeks, just seems long to me cuz I'm anxious. I like to start swaps like this right away, but then I can't really when I want to make something specific to my partner's likes. And I don't usually have a full DB; I join swaps and clear mine according to send out dates, not the sign up period. Eh, don't mind me, I'm just an eager crafter. :)

ok 6 pages can be confusing for some.. is a page actually a spread of the left and right side when you open the book up. Or is a page JUST like the left side (for example).. i hope this makes sense.. if not let me know and I can take pictures to help illustrate what I am asking.

Ok let me make it more easier if you follow the Tutorial above you need to use 6 bags to make the entire book off to edit the swap .

MUCH easier :) Makes sense to me now. I only ask b/c I was in a swap like this before - and clearly my partner didn't understand what constituted a page... awesome!

also what we are essentially making is a paper bag scrapbook album right?? for them to add their own photos..

Fun! Stupid question for you... I've got smaller bags. Would they work or do they have to be regular lunch bag size?

@Scrappenmamma for this round lets make it regular size lunch bags. Maybe ill do a mini one down the road.

Put my bags together today, now decorating them!!! This can be addicting!!

Before you put bags together, you do need to deco them first! I should have listened to Jeni from the YouTube video:/

well i measure the size of the individual pages and then cut my scrapbook paper to that size.. I guess in never thought of doing it another way so that just works for me since Im used to it :)
