Description:
Mary and Ashley will commit themselves to one week of the Body Type Diet. Allowances will be made for caffeine and wine, in small and reasonable amounts. (One cup per day) Mary will follow the Thyroid Type Diet, and Ashley will follow the Adrenal. Meal plans, thoughts, and struggles will be recorded in a small journal. This does not have to be fancy - just record your diet so that you are accountable. A weekly swap to be repeated! Happy losing!
