Simple Amigurumi With a Twist

I love really simple amigurumi projects! The ones that don't take a lot of yarn or time. I make them all the time for friends, but I never feel like they are quite up to par for a swap.

For this swap you are to make one simple amigurumi (knit or crochet) for one partner, but add a twist to it. Take that simple pattern and scale it up by using really chunky yarn, or scale it down to thread. Make it out of your partner's favorite color or experiment with an unusual textured yarn. Your creativity is up to you, but make it fun and something that you would want to receive.

Since I'm asking you to use a simple pattern, I am opening this up to newbies but not to anyone with lower than a 4.8 rating unless they can give me a very good reason why I'm letting them in. I'm also not going to give you much time to work on your project because I don't want anyone to put too much time or effort into this swap.
