Description: | |
There are a lot of readers on Swap-Bot, and many of us like to share that reading with others. Inspired by @iggygirl s Book of the Week swaps (in which we review new books), this swap is going to be a weekly review of all the books you read in a week rather than just first time reads. Any books that you read/listen to to completion are fine: novels, audio books, fiction or non-fiction, children's books, graphic novels, books read for a class or just for fun. Whatever you would consider a book that you want to share counts for this swap. Each week, you can include any book that you've started or finished. I know that my books are rarely started or finished during a certain time frame, and I suspect the same goes for others. The swap period will be for one week. You can send your swap at any time throughout that time, but please make sure that you are covering a full week of reading time. The information that you need to include for this swap is:
This isn't a race to see how many books you can read in a week. Everyone reads at a different pace and has different things that affect their ability to read during a given week. So it doesn't matter if you've only been able to start one book, or if you've read 10 within a week. They are all equally important, because they are important to you. This is an ongoing series. I will have the sign-up period be for one week and the send period be for one week, with the new swap going up the same day that I assign partners. Feel free to jump in at any time. As this is an e-mail swap, there should be no reason to miss sending on time. But if anyone gets flaked on, please let me know and I'll be happy to angel. I suspect there will be others among the participants that are willing to do the same. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask! |
