Simple and easy:

Take one sandwich sized Ziplock bag and fill it with Christmas related items. It can be anything, absolutely anything related to Christmas. Absolutely no limits other than it has to be new or very gently used items. Senders choice, you can have your bag ready to send when partners are assigned!

this would be my first swap - can someone show me a picture of a ziplock bag please ? and the size i would need, i am in the uk and unsure x

@bluebear there is a thread in the group forum that gives sizes-recycle, reuse and use substitutes-or something like that. There are so many different sizes, I know it gets confusing! Honestly, because of Canada Post shipping rules ( less than 2cm thick), often what I send is not in the Baggie when I send.

So by gently used, do you mean it can come from our stash, so long as it looks new?

I find the items I want to give first, and then decide what size baggie I will need to use. Sometimes I go over the limit and overflow the baggie.

And if's from your gifting stash (I have a box of gifts that I add to every week just for swap-bot) I say "cool" just as long as it was new . The only items -especially at the Holidays that aren't new, should be something hand made.

If it looks new it's all good =)
