EASU: Add an element ATC Swap

You will create 2 ATC's & send 1 to each partner.

For this swap you will create an ATC that features an outstanding element. To create your outstanding element you will use things like pop dots, crackle paint, glossy accents, etc. In the end, your card will have 1 thing on it that really stands out. In the ATC above I used crackle paint on the clock face so that it stands out. You will do something similar to this using any materials that you like. All media types welcome.
