Comment: Swap was marked sent October 31 but postmarked November 6. Swap contained 3 items in one envie and another 2 sort of wrapped in reused paper and a note card that was meant to be an extra. Swap stated "Please wrap up each small gift separately so they will be a surprise." The idea was to have 6 separate wrapped gifts from each partner. There are ways to wrap gifts that are easy ie envies and in my opinion a swapper should not sign up for a swap they know they cannot complete. If difficulties arise it is always best to contact your partner before the package is late and does not meet requirements. I also think it is exceptionally deceptive to mark sent when it has not been sent! Sorry but i feel it is unfair to rate anything but a 3 in this case. Merry Christmas...Pat Edit dec 18. Comment: Thank you for the block Terry. I have thought long about rating you a 3 or 5. You have PM-ed me on Feb 4 that you were in hospital and couldn't send on time (Jan 29). You clicked send on Feb 4, but the green lable on the envie says Feb 9. So I can only assume you send it Feb 9. The 3 rating is for lateness. Please don't click on the send button when in fact you haven't send. Also if I read on your profile that you sew bridal dresses, I'm a little bit dissapointed about the quality of your sewing on this block, it seems a rush job....

Thank you so much for making this swap up. I want to say that I have had good swap experience with you in the past as have others but the problem is two-fold: please don't mark sent before a swap IS sent. And a lack of communication was a big deal here, you didn't answer my messages or tell me what was going on. We have some great swappers here who are also very understanding and if you just communicate it will help a lot! Thanks again for making up this swap and I hope hostesses give you another chance at swapping.
