I'd love to have given you a heart but the reason I didn't is that you didn't package the items very well. Your envelope was totally ripped - this already happened during transport in the US as I got a note from the US Postal Service saying they had to repack the items. It seems that nothing got lost, but one of the teabags and one of the hot chocolate mix bags got ripped and the contents were all over the envelope. I think a padded envelope would have been better...
