Comment: I hate to rate you a 3 but this was sent out a week after you marked sent. I understand that you had a family tragedy and I'm deeply sorry for your loss. You had sent a group message out on Dec 31 stating all swaps would be going out on the 2nd Jan, you marked sent on Jan 1 and the metered postage states Jan 7. If you had needed extra time I would have gladly given you the extra week without marking down but you never let me know.
