Comment: The swap did not meet requirements. There was no book, nothing to represent either Summer or Autumn (Fall), no local brochures, no postcards, no pictures of your town, etc. I actually received this swap about two weeks ago, but have been trying to pluck up the courage to rate a 3. I hate downrating, but it really came nowhere near meeting the swap requirements. Sorry. I love the little mini bottles of bling and some of the things you sent, but as stated, it was missing quite a lot of requred sendings.
