Comment: I am rating this swap a 3 because this user didn't meet the requirements, which state that simply sending a link to a playlist is not sufficient. After the swap was received on 09/05/15, I sent a PM on 09/08/15 with this information, giving the user time enough to resend properly. There was no response to my PM or a resend of the correct information, hence this rating of a 3.
