Response: One small portion of jam busted in the package (which was in a padded bag and before that in a thick oven mitt),therefore the whole swap was thrown in the bin as she "doesn't think she should have to wash the jam off" The jam probably busted from the air pressure on the plane, which I have no control over. I have offered more than once to resend and was told 'not to bother'...Unfair rating!!
