Comment: I was inclined to believe that this was lost in the mail when you only had 2 bad ratings...now I see your update that due to personal problems you cant mail swaps... which leads me to believe that you never mailed any of the swaps that you have bad ratings for... mail can be bad in some countries but I have mailed and received to and from Croatia many many times and NOT ONCE had something go missing... It is hard for me to believe that so many swaps up and disappeared. When I am able to rate you for the other swaps you owe me I will be rating you for those as well.... IF I ever get anything from you I will gladly change the ratings
