Comment: I never received anything. I finally initiated communication about the swap with you over one month past the June 11 deadline. You promised to re-send after you returned from vacation on July 19, but it's now been two weeks and I still haven't received anything and you have not communicated with me about the re-send. I will re-rate if I ever receive anything. Update 8/11/14 I received my swap today. Thank you.

Comment: This was a tough rating. I hate marking a three b/c your letter was so nice and you are new. But it was a mail art swap, and the envie was a colored envelope with some cute stickers on it sealed with deco tape. For another swap that would be great! But not for a mail art swap. And it was mailed several days after the swap deadline. Under the circumstances I felt like I did not have a choice but to rate a 3 instead of a 5. Really do wish you good luck in the future: based on your other ratings and the letter you are a good swapper so this was hopefully a fluke thing.
